Overseeing the day to day running of the fresh food departments
Managing staff and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity
Implementing fresh and innovative ways to improve departments sales and standards
Achieving all targets and KPI’s set by the store manager
Adhering to HACCP and food safety reglations
As a produce head department I was running the department which is called the back bone of the store with 15 staff, so we divided the team for each shift (Night Shift), (Morning Shift) (Afternoon Shift) included the production staff, and I was responsible to ensure the look and feel of the department and at the same time to control of the unnecessary wastage and shrinkage.
As a butcher worker you must understand each part of the cattle and what is the best ways for cooking for each part and then you can advise the customer and offer them as per needs
Opening routing if the department once you enter ensure all the equipment are working well, and start to cut and display the counter servover as per category (beef-veal-lamb-chicken) and cutting as per pack product in the chiller maintain the cleanliness of the department
Checking the Sku file availability of the product and the incoming stock
Closing routines customer service, cleaning all the equipment and take the left are weight and maintain the traceability, remove all products which is going to be expired and record as wastage.
Develop / implement merchandising plans (for assisting in the marketing and promotions of foods at the clients’ - grocery stores - locations)
• Promote and market food products via store displays
• Use visual techniques to attract customers to their food products
• Assist with billing and pricing of food products and client food orders
• Act as the primary contact between employers and store clients
• Take inventory, removing expired/damaged products, replacing products
• Meet with store managers on re-ordering products
Additional responsibilities may include:
• Assist in marketing and sales strategies and producing goals for employers and clients
• Assist with selecting food products during seasonal times
• Assist in surveying stores and forecasting products and sales
• Address customer complaints or issues / maintain high customer service levels.

communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
analysing and investigating price, demand and competition
devising and presenting ideas and strategies
conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;

supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
• To assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
• To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
• To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
• To assist the Sales Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
• Supervise the shift that you are scheduled.
• Assist Sales Manager by completing all assigned duties
I was responsible for foreign sales for honey product in Riyadh, Dammam, qassim, by dealing with current clients or new customer like tamimi markets, al qassim markets, al salman markets, bakeries markets, Riyadh pharmacies, and collection and deposit banks work and follow-up to solve problems .
