Job Responsibilities:
•Procure all material and consumables as per the project requirement.
•Ordering of materials as per technical data sheet, SAMSS and ASME standards.
•Negotiate with supplier to match the price within the budget.
•Making of price comparison chart between the supplier and negotiate with them for the best possible delivery and payment terms.
•Get the technical quotation for engineering review to select the best suitable product.
•Monitoring the consumable inventory and re-fill on time.
•After placing the order follow up with the supplier for the material and other technical documents.
•Once the material is ready arrange for freight forwarder, collection, custom clearance and delivery till store.
•Follow up for the NMR document and SPDP document.
•Organize the meeting between Supplier, Engineering team and project engineers for the clear understanding of required components.
•Before shipping the material get the soft copies of shipping documents from vendor to avoid delays.
•Act quick and responsible to procure missed out MTO materials on time.
•Expediting of LC and other advance payment with finance to avoid delays.
•Maintain good relationship with the vendor.
•Evaluate vendor performance in annual basis.

Study the detail drawing and arrange the raw material as per the requirement.
•Make the Cutting layout to avoid the wastage.
•Plan the production schedule to match the delivery.
•Check the quality of the fit up and welding.
•Check the final dimension for Tanks, Chimneys, bunkers, Structure, and Pipelines.
•Painting, packing and Loading will be monitored.

Study the detail drawing and monitor the production as per the provided drawing.
•Check the quality of production as per the given standard.
•Check the final dimensions of tanks, bunkers chimneys, ducts and pipelines.
•Painting, packing and loading will be supervised.
•Maintain the production as plan to achieve the delivery date.

Arrange films for the radiography testing.
•Shoot the RT spots.
•Develop the film and record the flaws in the joint and casting materials.
•Calibrate the Ultrasonic machine as per the requirement.
•Test the welded joint and record the flaws and cracks.
