Assist clients in a professional, courteous manner with product selection and provide design suggestions.
Create quotes based on the needs of the customer, process orders and maintain customer communication.
Establish and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure referral business.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all work-related areas.
Follow up on leads, generate new business.
• Ensure that the customer database is properly entered and kept in a way that whenever any information is needed in the future, it can be easily accessed
• Ensure Sales and customer care service standard of the company is strictly adhered to by every customer service personnel
• Respond to inquiries and queries from customers and provide a thorough and speedy resolve
• Handle complicated and unresolved issues from less experienced personnel
• Maintain high standard of Customer Service at any point of time through right guidance on product selection to customers.
• Supervise the activities of lesser customer service representatives in the accomplishment of customer care goals
• Participate in implementation or improvement of initiatives associated with customer service
• Investigate and respond to every inquiry and complaints from customer regarding company’s products
• Ensure satisfaction of customer needs to the best possible way
• Other duties as assigned.
• Visit customers and channel partners to develop business.
• Developing & reporting on key metrics about operation and market demand and customer complaints.
• Keep good relationship with dealers and channel partners to develop business.
• Negotiate with customers for fast recoveries
• Adhering company’s policies in relation to professional sales & marketing procedures, techniques, professional code of conducts and ethics
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Deliver personal and team sales targets
Close sales using a consultative approach which advises customers on the range of products available and sells in the best fit for them
Give impartial advice to ensure customers purchase the right product
Deliver and maintain a quality service at all times
Capture information, record it accurately and input it according to the company quality standards
Look after the customer relationship in pre-sales for an effective handover to post sales
Develop knowledge of the product range
Contribute ideas and suggestions to help to develop its offering and achieve best practice
Behave in an ethical and professional manner at all times, taking an open and honest approach to all
Responsibilities
Follow the guidelines required for delivering each campaign/promotion
Attend meetings and team briefings
Participate in training and coaching sessions
Carry out any other duties required by the Company
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Process orders, forms, applications and requests
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and manage customer accounts.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
Manage administration and communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Follow up on customer interactions
Inspects and updates status of all rooms and areas assigned.
Turns in discrepancies with front desk daily before the end of shift.
Turns in ready rooms to computer as soon as they become available.
Turns in maintenance requests daily.
Provides visibility and assistance to guests.
Updating the daily Accounts to computer system and preparing daily.
Meet and greet clients and visitors.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing, and faxing.
Performing basic bank cashier related tasks.
