Installing, configure, maintain and monitor the Avaya call centres
• Programming of Vectors, Skills, VDN’s and other call centre related programs
• Configuring of announcements
• Attend to faults and queries.
• Document call flows and skills.
• Attend to all support calls
Installation and Maintenance of CentreVu call centre management system
• Installation of CMS for users (Call Management System for Supervisors)
• Provide user support for this system
• Do programming changes as per user requests
• Install PC client sotware
Project manage upgrades changes to the voice systems within Bank City
Liaise with the Vendors on technical issues on the voice systems
Configure, support, Monitor and manage the central ISDX and Avaya PABX’s
• Configure and document the central systems
• Analyze, diagnose and fix faults
• Capacity Management of system resources
• Capacity of inter-nodal trunks
• Capacity of external trunks (Telkom)
Manage Telkom with respect to PRI trunk installations and faults
• Advise and confirm access and capacity to users
• Ensure Telkom SF71 forms are completed by PABX Vendor
• Track installation progress and dates with Telkom
Consult to users on technical Voice issues and solutions within and external to bank City
Support the IPT within Bank City
• Design and plan the implementation
• Define and document the standards and procedures for the installation and support
• Train block owner technicians
Second level support to the Voice block support technicians
• Analogue phones
• Multi line phones
• IP phones
• Voicemail
