1-Answer inbound calls of 16333 call center to handle customer inquiries and
complaints.
2-Handle all customer issues and problems while showing sympathy.
3-being practical and serious when handling customers problem in order to gain
the customers satisfaction.
4-Document all calls onto the system which allow us to develop our products and
service.
5-Report any problem or shortage with system to the managers in order to develop
it.
6-Contact other departments (i.e: NOC and FE) in complex technical cases in order
to solve customer problems in less time.
7-Troubleshoot with customers over the phone to solve their ADSL problems.
8-Communicate effectively via email and over the phone with internal & external
clients.
9-Notify supervisors of issues or trends that may require an action or escalation in
order to minimize customers down time.
10-Positively contribute in up selling of products& value added services to
maximize company revenue.
11-Focus on increasing service quality level to increase customer satisfaction.
12-Initiate CRM Tickets in order to document the customers requests & for the
second level support.
13-Send mails to Customer Service Offices for line reactivation requests.
1- Conduct educational activities for school children.
2- Escort individuals or groups on cruises, sightseeing tours, or through places of
interest such as industrial establishments, public buildings, and art galleries.
3- Describe tour points of interest to group members, and respond to questions.
4- Monitor visitors’ activities in order to ensure compliance with establishment or
tour regulations and safety practices.
5- Greet and register visitors, and issue any required identification badges and/or
safety devices.
6- Distribute brochures, show audiovisual presentations, and explain establishment
processes and operations at tour sites.
7- Provide directions and other pertinent information to visitors.
8- Provide for physical safety of groups, performing such activities as providing
first aid and directing emergency evacuations.
9- Research environmental conditions and clients’ skill and ability levels in order to
plan expeditions, instruction, and commentary that are appropriate.
10- Provide information about wildlife varieties and habitats, as well as any
relevant regulations, such as those pertaining to hunting and fishing.
11- Collect fees and tickets from group members.
12- Teach skills, such as proper climbing methods, and demonstrate and advise on
the use of equipment.
13- Select travel routes and sites to be visited based on knowledge of specific areas.
14- Solicit tour patronage and sell souvenirs.
15- Speak foreign languages in order to communicate with foreign visitors.
16- Assemble and check the required supplies and equipment prior to departure.
17- Drive motor vehicles in order to transport visitors to establishments and tour
site locations.
Diploma of higher tourist guides for students and holders of university qualifications. (Study for two years in Cairo) • Study at a Higher Diploma is also available, including live French / English / German / Italian / Spanish / Russian / Chinese / Japanese. Studied Subjects: History, Archeological sites , Ancient Egyptian Language ,etc.
