complaints.

11-Focus on increasing service quality level to increase customer satisfaction.
12-Initiate CRM Tickets in order to document the customers requests & for the
second level support.
13-Send mails to Customer Service Offices for line reactivation requests.

15- Speak foreign languages in order to communicate with foreign visitors.
16- Assemble and check the required supplies and equipment prior to departure.
17- Drive motor vehicles in order to transport visitors to establishments and tour
site locations.
