Bauman Moscow State Technical University is one of Russia’s leading technical universities, attracting students from all over the world every year. In the past, the international student office staff were drowning in paperwork: dozens of languages, hundreds of migration cards, visas, insurance policies, and temporary residence permits. Each document had its own expiration date, and tracking everything manually was nearly impossible. Some students missed deadlines, which led to migration registration issues, while staff spent hours searching for information across scattered folders and Excel spreadsheets. My task was to create a unified ecosystem that would bring administration and students together in one digital space, automate document control, and make communication transparent, fast, and convenient for both sides. The international student office staff breathed a sigh of relief. Instead of chaos — order. Instead of a hundred open tabs — one user-friendly system. Instead of missed deadlines — automated control. Results: 70% reduction in time spent processing each request. Complete elimination of expired documents, thanks to an early-warning notification system. Students feel cared for — they receive reminders in a language they understand and know their documents are under control. Payment transparency — all receipts are recorded, and no payment is ever lost. Seamless communication — all issues are resolved within the platform, without lengthy back-and-forth messaging.



تُعد جامعة بومان الحكومية التقنية في موسكو واحدة من أبرز الجامعات التقنية في روسيا، وتستقبل سنويًا طلابًا من جميع أنحاء العالم. في السابق، كان موظفو قسم الطلاب الأجانب يغرقون في الأوراق: العشرات من اللغات، والمئات من بطاقات الهجرة، والتأشيرات، ووثائق التأمين، وتصاريح الإقامة المؤقتة. لكل وثيقة تاريخ صلاحية خاص بها، وكان تتبع كل ذلك يدويًا شبه مستحيل. كان بعض الطلاب يفوتون المواعيد النهائية، مما يتسبب في مشاكل في التسجيل الهجري، بينما كان الموظفون يقضون ساعات في البحث عن المعلومات وسط ملفات متفرقة وجداول إكسيل. كانت المهمة التي أوكلت إليّ هي إنشاء نظام بيئي متكامل يربط الإدارة والطلاب في فضاء رقمي واحد، ويعمل على أتمتة مراقبة الوثائق، ويجعل التواصل شفافًا وسريعًا ومريحًا للطرفين. تنفس موظفو قسم الطلاب الأجانب الصعداء. بدلاً من الفوضى — نظام. بدلاً من مئات النوافذ المفتوحة — منصة واحدة مريحة. بدلاً من التأخير والمواعيد الفائتة — رقابة آلية. النتائج: انخفاض زمن معالجة الطلب الواحد بنسبة 70%. اختفاء تام للوثائق منتهية الصلاحية بفضل نظام التنبيه المبكر. الطلاب يشعرون بالرعاية — إذ يتلقون تذكيرات بلغة مفهومة ويعرفون أن وثائقهم تحت المراقبة. شفافية الدفع — جميع الإيصالات مسجلة، ولا يضيع أي مبلغ. سهولة التواصل — تُحل المسائل داخل المنصة، دون الحاجة إلى مراسلات طويلة في تطبيقات المراسلة.

مشروع RosNet هو منصة رقمية متكاملة تجمع بين: موقع ويب تفاعلي يعرض المحتوى التعليمي، الأخبار، والفعاليات المتعلقة بالاستخدام السلمي للتقنيات النووية. روبوت تيليجرام (Telegram Bot) مرتبط مباشرةً بالموقع، بحيث يمكن للطلاب التفاعل مع المنصة عبر تطبيق تيليجرام دون الحاجة لفتح المتصفح. آلية الربط: يتيح البوت استقبال الأسئلة والاستفسارات من الطلاب، ويجيب عنها تلقائياً باستخدام قاعدة بيانات الموقع. يمكن للبوت إرسال إشعارات فورية للطلاب بآخر المستجدات (مواعيد الفعاليات، محتوى جديد، تذكيرات). يوفر البوت روابط سريعة لأقسام الموقع (مثل: المكتبة، المنتدى، المشاريع). يستطيع الطلاب عبر البوت تقديم مقترحاتهم أو مشاركة مشاريعهم، وتظهر هذه المشاركات مباشرة على الموقع. الهدف: تسهيل الوصول إلى المعرفة النووية السلمية وتعزيز التفاعل بين الطلاب حول العالم، مع توفير قناة تواصل سريعة ومألوفة (تيليجرام) إلى جانب الموقع الرسمي. الخطط المستقبلية: تطوير تطبيق جوال متكامل. إضافة مزايا للبوت مثل الاختبارات التفاعلية والمسابقات العلمية. دمج البوت مع أنظمة الجامعات لتقديم جداول المحاضرات والمواعيد الأكاديمية.


RosNet Project is an integrated digital platform combining: An interactive website offering educational content, news, and events about the peaceful use of nuclear technologies. A Telegram bot directly linked to the website, allowing students to interact with the platform via Telegram without needing to open a browser. Integration mechanism: The bot receives students' questions and automatically answers them using the website’s database. It sends instant notifications about latest updates (events, new content, reminders). It provides quick links to website sections (library, forum, projects). Students can submit suggestions or share their projects through the bot, and these submissions appear directly on the website. Objective: To facilitate access to peaceful nuclear knowledge and enhance interaction among students worldwide, offering a fast and familiar communication channel (Telegram) alongside the official website. Future plans: Developing a full-featured mobile application. Adding interactive features to the bot (e.g., quizzes, science competitions). Integrating the bot with university systems to share lecture schedules and academic calendars.
