With great pleasure I write this brief recommendation for Mohamed Ateia. I have known Mohamed as a colleague in a variety of capacities for many years, and worked with him in several projects and committees. . Mohamed is well organized, extremely efficient, energetic, and hihly competent, with exceptionally outstanding skills and professionalism. I have enormous respect for his creative ideas which always turn to be very effective in contributing to enhance organizational performance and efficiency. I have found him uniquely characterized by the qualities of an impressive and successful team member/ leader, including conscientiousness, inteligence, integrity, and the handling of different opinions with consistency, respect, and compassion. Besides, he emphasizes team work and the benefits of senergy. In my work experience, I have never met a person with the same level of dedication to his job and loyalty to his employer like that of Mohamed. Moreover, Mohamed is a very nice personality whom you would love to work with, with a lovely sense of humor which turns serious tasks into fun, ending up into better results.

I KNEW Dr.Atea SINCE 2001 WHEN HE JOIN AAAID WHEN I WAS MEMBER OF THE AAAID BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPRESENTING IRAQ AS 15% SHARE HOLDER IN AAAID CAPITAL.ONE OF THE BEST TRAITS OF ATEIA WAS HIS MANNER WITH ALL COLLEGES ALSO HIS ABILITY TO WORK AS A TEAM LEADER OR MEMBER ALSO HIS TASK TIMING AND HIGH RESPONSIBILITY AT WORK HE EVEN WORK OVERTIMES AND DURING HOLIDAYS.HE LED MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAMS IN DIFFERENT TASKS INCLUDING FINANCIAL TECHNICAL MISSION IN THE FIELD OF AGRICULTURE INVESTMENT.FINALLY ,I DO THINK HE WILL BE AN OUTSTANDING ADDITION TO ANY COMPANY TEAM DUE TO HIS KNOWLEDGE AND MANAGERIAL SKILLS.
