Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing and implement of HSEQ plan, by planning and conducting internal HSE and quality audits; ensuring that the company HSEQ policy is fully understood, implemented, operated and maintained.
• Reviewing of work Drawings, Plan, Documentation, updating and controlling the distribution of the company’ HSE manual and related procedures; generating project specific HSE plans & ensuring that all contractual / company and local authority requirements are adequately fulfilled additional to Health Safety & Environment (HSE) are complied with mandatory requirements.
• Ensuring Mandatory training external and internal compliance as include BFA, BFF, Scaffolding inspection, site inspection for lifting equipment, Site induction, HIRA, Emergency Drill (Assembly point), PTW, HW, working at height, LOTO, TBT, JSA, MS, PPE, etc.
• Developing work procedure and carry out of JSA, HIRA, Specific risk assessment, PTW, HAZID, HAZOP, Process safety, SIMOPS, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generating IMS Integrated management system in the organization with international standards QMS- 9001, OSAHH- 18001.EMS-14001, & implementing the operation of HSEQ systems in the organization,
• Ensuring the roles and responsibilities for those to follow the HSEQ plan policy statements & commitments,
• Ensuring planed schedule inspection, internal HSEQ audits; ensuring that the company HSEQ policy is fully understood, implemented maintained recorded and documented,
• Compliances with influence of IMS system or site specific HSEQ Plan, controlled documentation, updating the distribution of the company’ HSEQ manual,
• Developing organization related procedures; generating project specific HSEQ plans & ensuring that all contractual (SLA) Service level agreement.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements are adequately fulfilled as per the scope of work.
• Compliance with Health Safety Environment & Quality (HSEQ) are complied with mandatory requirements as include external and internal competence training BFA, BFF, Scaffolding inspector, Working at height, PTW, Confined space, LOTO, TBT, JSA, MS, PPE, etc.
• Compliance with external certification and calibration certificates for mechanical, Electrical, heavy lifting equipment, and other safety equipment’s as the site requirements.
• Ensuring appropriate ERP type fire wardens, extinguishers, first aiders, and first aid kit, emergency contact numbers internal and external and equipment is in place and in working condition.
• Compliance for new employees Organization Internal training HR orientation, safety awareness program onsite induction, HIRA, Emergency response plan,
• Compliance with training, TBT, Hard service (MEP) and soft service (Housekeeping) Facade cleaning-work (BMU) activity training TBT, PTW, HW, CS, WAH, EXC, chemical awareness, Litter picking,
• Ensuring and evaluating the method statement, or work procedure and carry out of specific Risk assessment, PTW, PPE, S Emergency plan, TBT, competence of workforce, etc.
• Organizing internal weekly, monthly, HSEQ meeting with clients and management team,
• Compliance with emergency drill conducting with all the residential, people, guest visitor and employees, along with Emergency response team,
• Influences with minimum safety standard approved evaluated subcontractors for the specialized services, Firefighting system Landscaping, Pest control, Lift services, elevators, HV- LV rooms, substations, HVAC, DCP, Facade Cleaning (BMU), Water tank cleaning, Swimming pool maintenance, Gymnasium, Spa, Steam rooms, Waste management, security, and employees hired.
• Compliances and influences with clients KPI Key performance indicators Objectives and targets by performing frequent inspections and monitoring and measuring as per the (SLA) service level agreement,
• Ensuring the records and documents maintained as relevant retrievable eligible, safe guarding retention period of these for 5 years and backup of all the records and documents, softcopy update frequently via X Drive.
• Ensuring all necessary QHSE inspections are carried out on site to monitor that all Facility Management activities comply with the appropriate codes and regulation of safety good workmanship and behavior.
• Reporting of the condition to the General Manager / Director.
• Advising the execution team and give suggestions to do right way to maintain House keeping by 5S methods and safe areas of work and coordinate in organizing safety meetings and record the minutes of meeting.
• To assist in evaluating the method statement, work procedure and carry out of HIRA, RISK ASSESSMENT, JSA, PTW, HAZID, HAZOP, ISL, etc.
• Identifying deviation from set standard practice and standard conditions and suggest corrective measures according to the FL, MO, LO, SRA, IMS, QHSE MANUAL.
• Preparing and submit the monthly safety inspection report to the Project Manager and the General Manager.
• Arranging safety training and safety education for the employees.
• Reporting accident near miss incidents and dangerous occurrences immediately to the General Manager and the Director by phone and later by writing a preliminary report.
• To guide the accident investigation team in case of severe accident dangerous occurrence and prepare the accident report. Find out the root cause of accident and suggest the remedial measure to prevent the reoccurrence of the accident.
• Ensuring that appropriate type fire extinguishers/equipment is in place and in working condition.
• To assist the Project Manager and the construction team in handling emergency situations and implement the emergency preparedness plan.
• Conducting the safety toolbox talks on a weekly basis for first line supervisors, Engineers, etc. and assist them in conducting toolbox talk to the entire workforce.
• Giving safety induction talks to all the new employees before they are deployed on the job via HSE officer.
