Monitor product expiry. Supervisors to be kept updated on the short expiries following system-generated report to maintain FIFO standards
Ensure that the stocks in the warehouse are properly arranged, labelled as per standards in order to support periodic inventories.
Assist in periodic physical inventory in warehouse supported with system-generated location-wise reports to ensure all stocks are accounted properly.
Support month/year end closing inventory to ensure no variance in the physical stock count against the system record
Goods are properly arranged and delivered to the operations area
Responsible for proper handover of the goods to the operation team.
Keeping inventory of stock, Ordering stock in time before products run out, Dealing with customers with complains and solving the issues, Resolving issues in between the store employees, Working closely with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels, Organizing and ensuring accurate and periodic cycle counts and stock takes, Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Store is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer, Ensure quality procedures and team quality targets are strictly adhered to, Implement the company’s Health and Safety Policy, ensuring safe working conditions and practices within the Store, Represent the department on the Health & Safety Committee as required, Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time, Verify goods received match purchase order before placing shipment in correct location, Records and checks quantity and quality of good received, Inspect, accept, or reject inbound shipments.
Plan and co-ordinate the incoming goods, storage and dispatch of items in a timely and efficient manner to achieve your team objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as determined by the Store Manager.
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of your team.
Directed daily warehousing activities.
Established operational procedures for activities, such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials and keeping Store inventory current.Monitored the functioning of store equipment and reported problems and failures to the Store manager.
Assist in keeping Stores clean and organized on a daily basis.Maintains the records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.Take stock taking at the end of the day and sending IRA report to Store manager for daily basis.Keeping references for all transactions.
Stock movements, Preparing LPOs, Making claim from suppliers for damaged and short shipped parts, and following up for the settlements, Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner, Preparing store receipt vouchers-from various shippers, Receiving all parts and posting, Calculating the landed cost of import materials, Analyzing cost of parts, Forecasting the landing cost of parts, before placing order, Preparing local and overseas invoices, Preparing LPOs, Making claim from suppliers for damaged and short of parts, and following up for the settlements.
This System is an Enterprise Accounting solution
Integrated with Inventory Management and Human Resource Planning.
The System has three modules i.e.,
Inventory Module and
Human Resource Module.
In Inventory Module, inward and outward of Materials are recorded.
In Human Resource Management, salary processing is generated automatically.
