- Manage all the local technical stores as well as the technical stores
of the suppliers.
- Insure the follow-up of the various stages (Purchase, Reception,
Storage, Movement, Shipping…).
- Validate needs accumulated by the suggestions of purchase orders
and of delivery orders in the strategic dates.
- Set up the necessary processes of the deliveries reception, storage,
input/output...
- Attend any technical reception (Even on-site) as well as Transfer of
parts delivered by the supplier towards the adequate store.
- Insure the reliability of the accounting outstanding discounted bills by
the analysis of the monthly results.
- Set up a process of follow-up of any technical deployment in
association with the technical team and the team accounting.
- Make the monthly Reporting containing all the movements
(input/output, install/desinstall…) workbenches.
- Set up a process of inventory technical site (1008 sites).
- Make the monthly inventories of all our equipments.
- Attend the inventory of the commercial shops and prepare states.
- Supervision of a team of five/six employee of the inventories technical
stock and insure the supervision of the action.
- Management and follow-up of the orders until the delivery to stores.
- Update, transmission et classification of Commercial documents : BDC,
Invoice, BL … etc.
- Manage stocks and establish a good coordination between the various
warehouses of the company.
- Define the distances and The implementation of the recommendations
as for the necessary corrective actions.
- Activate Participation in the projects follow-up and Schedule of the
participants (Production, maintenances, infrastructures, under traitants
…) on all the network up grades.
- Revealing of interoperabilities problem.
- Assure that the WO are complete to plan the migrations, transfers, …
While insuring that anybody criticizes reserve on the new BSC, BTS…
- Make sure that the WO is in accordance (Trans - Routing, Admin) with
dates of starting scheduled by the production.
- Establish projected schedules of the confided projects in perfect
complementarity with the technical teams (Prod, Maintenance and
Support).
- Organization of the various meetings on the new projects (Meetings of
follow-ups and close).
- Be in permanent contact with the various services in order to be able to
fire alarm bells When the context justifies it (Delay of the technical
teams, Impact mattering on the network...).
- Participation in the purchases planning (diverse material /Choice
suppliers, Access operators).
- Piloting of the requests of services through the organization
of the technicians’ activities.
- To plan their interventions : Establish a handbook reporting
in real time of follow-up of production and maintenance.
- The follow-up of the projects through the management of
the schedules, of the distribution of the tasks, and meetings.
- Manage the spare parts store (G Tunis -H Tunis).
- Ensure the follow up of the different steps (Reception, Storage,
Movement, Expedition…).
- Identifier toutes les pièces des BTS (Base transciever station)et
BSS (Base Sub-system Station) Alcatel.
-Validate the accrued needs of the buying and delivering orders
in the scheduled dates.
- Minimize any plan change.
- Analyzing the order book of the department for an eventual
validation
- Setting the necessary actions to make deliveries in conformity
with the needs.
- Ensuring the expected results in cooperation with customers
and suppliers.
- Dealing with suppliers for the substitution of items and parts
that are not in conformity after delivery.
- Attending the reception and transfer of the delivered parts
from the supplier to the adequate store
- Ensuring the viability of the accounts through the analysis of
monthly results.
- Identifying and notifying the discrepancies occurring at the level
of the established dispositions in order to take action aiming at
preventing or minimizing such discrepancies.
- Managing a production unit.
- Coordinating the manufacturing production’s activities and
services.
- Carrying out the management of a production unit.
- Ensuring the production with respect to the schedule, the
expected cost and the required quality level.

· Minimizing risks inside the workshop.
· Checking the readiness and good use of the all means.
· Ensuring the implementation of declaration, production
and storage rules.
- Respecting the required quality level by ensuring:
· The respect of quality rules and the implementation of
work procedures.
· Daily declaration of the rejects.
- Participating in solving the quality problems of the
production lines.
- Contribute to the setting up of the continuous progress
actions in order to:
· Organize and optimize the production by using the right
tools and techniques: TRS, TRP …
· Manage the time emergence of the staff and prevent an
eventual rise in tasks and decrease of costs.
· Gérer l’émergement horaire de l’effectif et prévenir un
besoin en cas de montée de charge et une réduction à
la baisse.
· Sensitize et mobilize work teams around precision in
applying the approach rules and the setting up of the 3R
culture.
· Be the person responsible for the 5S state of lines and
ensure the check up by the audits.
· Motivate the agents to transmit improvement
suggestions.
