Monitor and implement health and safety regulations and codes of practice in the laboratory.

Monitor monthly efficiency & productivity of the Service Dept.
Analyze the department cost and provide and recommendations for cost reduction to Workshop and Operations Managers.
Supervising solar water heaters installations.
Responsible from coordination with major clients: Abu Dhabi Food control Authority (ADFCA), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), and Federal Electricity and Water Authority (FEWA) for ground water submersible pumps supply and service contracts (>2000 submersible units, equipped with the latest technology in submersible pumps field)
Investigating warranty claims for ground water submersible pumps systems supplied for ADFCA contracts.

• Regular water tests (Chemical and microbiological) to insure that the product is in line with the regulatory standards
