- Control & oversee all accounting, finance, controlling & HR activities for Morocco & Algeria
for 3 years
- Insure the completion of monthly and yearly closing on time, P&L, balance sheet, WC, and
additional reports under the format defined by Group and MENA Division.
- FP&A : Manage all Budgeting, planning and forecasting process ( yearly budget, mid-year
forecast, 3 years strategic planning) for presentation to MENA Division & group.
- Present monthly analysis for budget-actual variances, restatement of FY forecast & DSO
including narratives to local and divisional management.
- Check monthly price and profitability analysis per product & per business and prepare Adhoc
reports for local management.
-Maintain relationship with lawyers, consultants, Tax Office and other legal parties.
- Validate and review of weekly and monthly cash forecasts.
-Coordinate audit teams for tax and Group audit, provide required reports and tables.
- Validate all tax & other declarations : Withholding Tax, VAT, Stamp Duty, Quarterly Income
Tax prepayment declarations and yearly Income Tax Declaration
-Ensure that requested monthly and ad-hoc HR reports are sent timely and correctly to the
MENA Division HR

-Advising on tax matters in business transactions, projects. -Drives Nestlé tax strategy to optimize local taxes consistent with business objectives. -Manages communication/representation with tax authorities, external advisers, external auditors and tax/business organizations. -Manages tax audits and tax litigations. -Managing tax reporting, tax provisions. -Keeps informed about changes to tax laws, tax jurisprudence, and considers impact on business.

- Supervising the Accounting, treasury, HR & Facilities activities (8 subordinates),
- Manage preparation of financial statements (Month & year-end Closing), business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by top management,
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, budgets, and other financial control functions,
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks, insurance, tax authorities, customs, foreign exchange office and external partners to facilitate financial activities,
-Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.

- Monitoring of all tax risks, operations and international contracts (foreign exchange office & customs); - Control of all statements and accounting operations emanate from accountants (VAT returns / Income Tax, provisions, depreciation, month-end entries, etc.); - Ensure a smoothly Month and year End Closing; - Establishment of the tax return at the end of the year; - Ensure compliance with accounting tax and social regulations.

-Financial Audit Missions in legal and contractual audit according to the international standards of auditing in the financial sectors, Service and Industry. Performing due diligence and audits acquisition in Morocco in many sectors especially in consumer credit, industry and telecommunications. -Audit and internal control Achievement of several missions of operational diagnostic in many industries. - Evaluation of companies Implementation of several missions in the service sectors and industry. -Miscellaneous Implementation of various sectoral, financial and investment analysis, and business plans; Assistance and advice on tax and accounting; Establishment of procedures manuals and accounting organization for various companies;
