GT generator cooling medium is hydrogen. Hydrogen is supplied to all GT generator thro common headers. My responsibility is Start & shutdown the Hydrogen plant, operation of chiller unit for H2 generator and H2 compressor and refills the portable/non portable H2 cylinders

 Raise the work order to Maintenance Department for defective items and repeated alarms and Isolate the Equipment as per LOTO procedure for maintenance dept to work safely.

 Prepare Daily/Monthly Report and optimize the Auxiliary power consumption
 Conversant with GE Mark VI-Toolbox system for Gas turbine controls and protection
 Able to read and understand the DCS and PLC logics.

 ELECTRICAL SIDE: Total Electrical system operations in Generator Transformers, Station transformers, unit Transformers, 13.8kv, 11kv, 6.6kv, 4.16kv and 480 V Switchboards with/without HSBT And Operation of Block diesel generator while total grid failure to start Gas turbine and start auxiliaries to bring to normal condition
 Experience in 110 KV switchyard operation including outgoing feeders isolation and normalization work.

 HYDROGEN PLANT: GT generator cooling medium is hydrogen. Hydrogen is supplied to all GT generator thro common headers. My responsibility is Start & shutdown the Hydrogen plant, operation of chiller unit for H2 generator and H2 compressor and refills the portable/non portable H2 cylinders.
 DESALINATION PLANT: Responsible for efficient and safe operation of five Desalination plants (5x14=70 MIGD) including star-up /shutdown desal plant, chemical preparation (antiscale, antifoam, sodium sulpite) for desal and operation of desalination heat exchangers online tube cleaning system.
 BLENDING PLANT: Start-up /shutdown of blending plant along with desalination plant And including Lime stone filter regeneration, polyelectrolyte preparation for sludge reservoir.
 CHLORINATION PLANT: hypo chloride generator operation including start/stop, Acid wash for hypo-chloride generator for every 2 month interval period. Poly electrolyte preparation for gravel and carbon filters and gravel/carbon filters regeneration, shock dosing and continuous dosing for sew water intake.
 Operation of seawater pump house and portable water pump house.
 Fire protection systems including electric/diesel fire hydrant pumps and deluge system.
