• Tasks & Responsibilities:-
- Generating, accrediting and managing new customers according to specific requirements and Organization rules.
- Responsible for existing customers' contracts renewals.
- Following up on new and existing customers' status and handling related problems/ complaints.
- Creating/ adding new customers on company CRM Application.
- Performing on site business meetings with customers.
- Following up with Quality Assurance Department on customers' quality visits.
- Following up with Finance Department on customers' payments.
- Performing weekly reports and presentations about new and existing customers' status, and reporting them to Management.
• Department: Trade Marketing Department.
• Job Title: Trade Marketing Specialist
• Tasks and Responsibilities:-
- Creating sales offers according to specific Company rules.
- Following up with Egypt Trade Marketing team.
- Receiving reports from Egypt team and making analysis to show the points of weakness and strength in the company products.
- Making customers surveys to gather their opinions and evaluation in company offers & products. Surveys are for submission to Board members to determine the company strategy.

• Job Title: Shop Manager Deputy
• Tasks & Responsibilities:-
- Deputy Manager Duties.
- Following up with the team and motivating them to reach the targets (sales & customer satisfaction).
- Handling complicated cases, as Team Leader.
- Following up on Sales reports and Suppliers' sales reports.
- Constant and direct interaction with customers (in meetings, over the phone or via e-mail).
- Handling customers' inquiries in a timely manner; (in meetings, over the phone, or by e-mail). Customers' inquiries include billing, product support, customer purchases and Portal Address inquiries.
- Product / Service: Retail.
- Performing sales activities for the following products: Lines (Voice /Data), (Postpaid / Prepaid), suppliers' devices, accessories, equipment (Apple, Samsung, Huawei... Etc.).
- Introducing and following up on the customer services, customer data entry and customers correspondences. In addition to recording complaints, inquiries and follow-up calls on the Siebel App, Payment Gateway App EX App and IN App.
- Complaints Management.
- Dealing with and handling disputes between individuals, departments or clients.
- Maintaining a respectable and polite manner to meet the needs of customers, increase customer satisfaction and reduce the negative impact on the entity.
• Regulatory Department.
• Tasks & Responsibilities -
- Welcoming clients & solving their problems.
- Client relationships role through answering and responding to client queries and ensuring that they are addressed in the best manner for the satisfaction Of the customer.
• Accounting Department,
- Responsible for the accounts of the medical unit of the project, and reviewing the invoices of hospitals and pharmacies of the project.
- Following up the audit of project with the main branch through monthly reports.
