Visiting new Projects site and collecting all assets details to submit business department for tenders.
Preparing snags for new projects.
Keep the record of warranty certificates for property assets and claim warranty from suppliers with proper details.
Correspondence with contractors and consultants.
Submitted all reactive, Preventive work records to Facilities Manager.
Submitted all kind of MEP Quotation work records to Facilities Manager.
Submitted all completed work invoices record to Facilities Manager.
Submitted over all site performance monthly reports to Facilities Manager.
Submitted all workers and staff performance review records to Facilities Manager.
Rise the service request to service providers for Idama and Berkley facility and building maintence services.
Coordinating with service providers and assign woks.
Handling (SSM) vendors for preventive maintenance and in case of emergency breakdown.
Extensive experience in the field of MEP Facilities Team excellent team worker with great team building and people management skills .An outstanding performer with accurate follow up and time management skills.
Preparing weekly Report, Monthly Report, Scoring Report as per SLA, PPM Schedule for all building assets,
Handling day to day operations and maintenance
Familiar with Planned Preventive Maintenance
Exposure to Client Relation and Management.
Conducting weekly & Monthly PPM Scheduled for assets, Fire testing Emergency Exit Door and Access control system.
Handling LOGISTIC for Entering the Goods Truck from Truck Tunnel.
Preparing inspection report for anything happen in the Site.
Weekly once prepare site walk report to the entire site, anything related to the subcontractor work then coordinate with the subcontractors.
Regular coordination with clients, Technician and sub-contractors.
Monitor and co-ordinates property equipment preventative maintenance system.
Providing maintenance engineer with Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule for implementation and handle the follow up on the same.
Technical support to operations personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of mechanical & Electrical systems and equipment.
