•Implement Procurement Strategy & Policies.
•Assist the purchasing manger to cover all purchasing procedures
•Study and analysis of stock and inventory of products required in order to provide it.
•Supplier evaluation and analysis of prices for the selection of suppliers and the work of the agreement and monitor its implementation
•Follow the products movement to refilling products prior for the effective inventory
•Search for suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history.
•Co-ordinate with other departments to determine Purchase requirements
•Coordinate between warehouse & Stores.
•Monitor delivery dates to ensure delivery according to purchase plan, follow up payments of suppliers

•Communicating effectively with local suppliers to maintain and devolve long-term business relationship.
•Determine sales plan and targets on monthly, weekly and daily basis to push when ever is needed and find out obstacles affecting achieving sales targets either due to shortage in stocks or any other reasons.
•Managing pricing, ordering, distribution, reallocation, Promotions, Special Orders, Seasonality and website to ensure that customers are attracted and purchase our products.
•Monitoring stock levels and merchandise New Stores openings.
•Studying market structure and competitors behaviour toward pricing and products, to identify our competitive edge over competitors.
•Preparing marketing activities such as: newspapers insertion in the Al-Ahram, Flyer the magazine every quarter.
•Distribute new shipment and local items from the warehouse to stores.
•Weekly distribution to merchandise stores from warehouse stock based on weekly sales for each store.
•Perform stock rotation from one store to another.
•Rescored products from local suppliers.
•Studying new products, choose products, and negotiate prices, make orders and following up reordering.
•Pricing new shipments and changing prices for cost, Currency changes or slow moving items and according to market prices.
•Monitoring equivalent products market for pricing, new technologies and about to be obsolete technologies.
•Preparing marketing activates such as newspapers insertion flayer, Brochures, Weekly offers and the monthly magazine.
•Making seasonal and special promotions in special occasion.
•Prepare a monthly sales report for each supplier.
•Review the invoice matching hold report and resolve discrepancies.
