Acountabilities:
- Provide soft service management and expertise to the client's site in line with contractual and financial objectives and company standards, procedures and best practices.
- Act as a center point of communications for support and guidance for FM services on site.
- Hold regular meetings with on site client representatives and obtain feedback.
- Identify, develop and implement opportunities for optimization and innovation of service delivery.
- Demonstrate strong customer services and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Improve customer satisfaction through key performance indicators ( KPI ) and service level agreements ( SLA ).
- Coordinate the client performance reviews against output on monthly basis.
- Conduct regular meetings with direct reports and all subordinates.
- Responsible for the management and coordination of all soft services contractors working under the company scope in designated areas.
- Coordinate with the procurement teams to ensure compliance with the companies' procurement process and financial delegation.
- Eliminating or reducing risks where practicable by complying with site safety rules and instructions and reporting hazards to management for prompt action.
- Develop, lead, motivate and inspire a professional team through effective induction, training, development and annual appraisals to meet both personal and business targets.
- Ensure all monthly financial reports are created and timely delivered to support the budget process.

Accountabilities:
- Camp set-up and organizing according to the project manpower.
- Rooms allocation according to ranks and updating check in & out list.
- Maintain a high level of cleaning and maintenance all over the camp premises.
- Handle with procurement department for any purchasing orders and keep petty cash for direct expenses.
- Reviewing the daily water supply & consumption, sewage and waste removal.
- Make and organize frequent training programs for the camp laborers and technicians.
- Make the monthly camp furniture, fixture, and equipments inventory and reporting any damage.
- Liaise and coordinate with the PM & HR department for any issue concerning the camp and requirements.
- Strictly apply the HSE procedures to prevent and minimize hazards.- Plan the monthly camp budget and cost control.
- Dealing with subcontractors and rental manpower according to the company policy.
Managing 3 oil rig camps in western Libya :
- Planning with camp manager the occupancy plan and camps budget.
- Daily camps visits to follow up the smooth running of operations and solve any problems.
- Monitoring the quality of food and service, and making sure the outlets performs well.
- Achieving good service quality at low cost and maintaining high standards of hygiene and HACCP specifications.
- Staff recruiting, shifts schedule, training and motivating the working team.
- Reviewing budgets and tracking the financial and administrative records.
- Coordinate with purchasing depatment and suppliers for any new or delayed orders.
- Strictly apply the HSE procedures to prevent and minimize hazards.
- Make the annual assessment, evaluation for the camp staff and recommendation for promotions.
- Dealing with subcontractors according to the company policy.
- Daily camp rooms inspection and allocate rooms for new staff.
- Overseeing the management of facilities for high standards of housekeeping, maintenance and pest control.
- Planning menus with kitchen chef and ordering food stuffs.
- Maintaining stock levels, applying the storing conditions for supplies and FIFO rule.
- Stricktly adhere the HACCP specifications and HSE rules to ensure safety.
- The daily inspection of raw water level, sewege removal and waste management.
- Keeping all reports updated and making the daily adminstrative work.
- Reporting to HR department the occupancy plan, absenteeism, vacation and escaping cases.
- Report and handle any incident occur inside the camp and communicate with authorities.
- Plan, organize and brief housekeeping staff on the shift and co-ordinate activities ensuring highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Allocate staff to various areas on the shift in order to ensure maximum efficiency of performance and optimum utilization of resources.
- Report all check-outs, do not disturb, VIP rooms to housekeeping attendants.
- Make the morning room status report and review with F.O for any discrepancy.
- Ensuring the required standard of cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms, floor corridors, linen stores, staircases, elevators, and back of the house area.
- Inspection of all vacant and occupied rooms to ensure the cleaning and maintenance standards.
- Report and follow up any maintenance orders with the maintenance department for fixing.
- Maintaining the rooms linen, cleaning materials, and room amenities stock on floors stores at all time.
- Ensuring that lost property is immediately deposited to the housekeeping office and registered in the lost and found logbook.
- Communicate with guests and solving any complaints concering the rooms cleanliness or any other issues.
- Review the collecting of laundary with valet and ensure the service is done on time.
- Conduct the monthly inventory and report missing and damaged materials and assets.
- Providing continuous training sessions plus on the job training for the department staff.
