Responsible for public relation section.
Responsible for Import and export Department.
1. Handel all Customers inquiry from "A to Z" via phone, mail or face to face.
2. Responsible for the Invalid system as this is a program dedicated to work on solving customer problems with the company and we are working in this system to follow up on clients and solving their problems with the company and aim to reach the proportion of satisfying customers by 100%.
3. Responsible for Inbound system as this is a program aim to sale ADSl service to new customers.
4. Responsible for Retention program which aim to solve old customer's problems and let them work with ADSl program again with new offers with new history.
5. Responsible for Technical Unit and support Technical support team where I act as Tech-coordinator support.
6. Support all other Departments like CSO, Dispatcher and CSR Unit.
7. Support OPS Manger with weekly Report about our programs.

2. Marketing for the company's services in the new cities and sites.

4. Design new programs aim to open new markets for Decoration service doesn’t depends on traditional ways in marketing.
