Oil and Gas Equipment Industries (OGEI) is one of the lead specialized fabrication companies, OGEI is approved manufacturer to Aramco SABIC, SLB and other major clients, OGEI is ASME and ISO certified, as a Plant manager I played a key role and positively contributed in OGEI operations by:
• Achieve the set objectives by the senior management.
• Develop the mid- and long-term operational business plan and implement it accordingly after approval.
• Recognize operational risk at an early stage and respond with a firm risk elimination strategy.
• Consulting senior management with recommended operational change and strategy.
• Manage and control operational costs securing targeted profitability.
• Monitor and control projects progress and related budgets.
• Managing customer expectations during execution phase (quality of prod. / services & delivery schedule).
• Prepare and present consolidated operational reporting to senior management.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives leading to increased efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor and maintain the required skill levels and a healthy working environment within the team.
• Setting clear goals, and monitoring team performance.
• Approval of operational business spending as per the approved authority matrix.
• Approval of projects related spendings as per the approved authority matrix
As a Construction Manager for ARAMCO main Contractor, I performed the below activities:
• Supporting Project Manager to achieve project milestones.
• Lead Construction activities considering schedule and available resources.
• Supervising pre-shutdown and shutdown activities.
• Representing my company to the client and built up the communications to have smooth project execution.
• Leading pre-commissioning activities
E&I Engineer is responsible for all electrical equipment and Instruments (Field instruments, SCADA, Power, Switchgears, UPS, Lighting, Lightning protection, Cathdic protection, ..etc). Including reviewing the General Design, Equipment specifications and Datasheets, supervision of the Construction and Commissioning for Control System, Instruments and electrical system. Accordingly perform the follwing resposibilties:
Participating PMC (Project Management Consultancy) teams for the projects owned or supervised by SPC (Sudanese Petroleum Corporation).
ESD System Design and approval of Cause & Effect Matrix
Participate HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) studies for process plants.
Issuing P&IDs and Operation Philosophies of the plants jointly with other sections
Performing the Consultant Duties for the projects Owned by Sudanese Petroleum Corporation regarding Storage Facilities and Transportation Pipelines.
Represent Owner in FATs (Factory Acceptance Test)
Leading Commissioning teams for automated process plants (as part of the EPCC)
Installation metering systems for custody transfer for petroleum products

* Project Manager for Depots Monitoring System Project. DMSP is an EPCC project to monitor all SPC’s Depots through SCADA
* E&I Technical Manager For 21000 m3 LPG storage Tanks & 12 inch Transportation Pipeline
* E&I Technical Manager For 21000 m3 LPG storage Tanks & 12 inch Transportation Pipeline EPCC Project
* E&I Technical Manager For 80000 m3 Gasoil & 50000 m3 Mogas storage Facilities EPCC Project
* E&I Engineer for Gasoil 80000 m3 Storage Facilities EPCC Project .
* E&I Engineer for LPG 21000 m3 Storage EPCC Project.
* Member of supervision team for service contract for “Sudanese Petroleum Corporation Distribution Center” which contains 80 custody transfer meter skids to distribute the Oil products to the distribution companies.
Managing the traffic routing in Sudatel’s network, managing the traffic flow, creating high usage routes, produce a periodic network status reports to planning, O&M (Operation &Maintenance), marketing, tariff, interconnect.
Analyze the traffic variances to the other operators (Mobitel, prepaid companies, and internet providers), and advice other departments to take actions accordingly.
Network Observation, monitoring alarms, switching faults cleanup and informing other departments about related faults
