Job Duties:

Provide day-to-day Sysadmin support for the project and operations. Work on various maintenance activity like patching, cloning.

Execute on daily administrative tasks of an ERP system, including installing, configuring, upgrading, migration and fixing issues.

Making database backups and performing recovery when necessary. Monitoring and tuning performance.

Managing Oracle databases and analyzing and resolving data related issues.

Implementing and enforces security for all of the Oracle Databases with Oracle Advanced Security and Oracle Label Security.

UNIX Shell Scripting and SQL Performance Tuning.

Projects:

Migrating Oracle E-Business Suite 11i from Linux 32-bit to Linux 64-bit.

Upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite 11i Database to Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11. 2.0. 1).

Deploying Sun JRE(Native Plug-in) for Windows Clients in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i.

Upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite from 11. 5.10. 2 to R12.1.3. Upgrade Oracle E-Business Suite from 12.1.1 to R12.1.3.

Upgrading Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Database from Oracle Database 11g Release 1 (11.1.0.7) to Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.4).

Installing &Integrating APEX 4.0.2 with Oracle E-business Suite R12.

Installing &Integrating Oracle Business Intelligence server with Oracle E-business Suite R12.
