• Manage and oversee the effective management of assigned projects.
• Review project details and guide and steer the setting out team processes of material submissions,
procurement, shop drawings development, prototyping, manufacturing delivery etc.
• Reviewing, overseeing the Project program and schedules, and managing client expectations.
• Review and management of the Shop drawings preparation and submittal process.
• Lead and manage coordination with the production departments. Checking materials allowed details
and oversee clearance for variations internally and with clients.
• Review specifications of the project and obtain clearance for discrepancies between specs and
estimated details. Overseeing identification of project material requirements.
• Oversee and manage material procurement and planning so that all materials arrive before production
of the project.
• Identification of RFI’s and managing the process with clients.
• Overseeing the sourcing of hardware accessories and optimizing where possible.
• Overseeing the timely project drawings approval process.
• Providing guidance and managing the issuance to factory of cutting lists, loading lines.
• Coordination with site team and setting out for getting timely site surveys or arranging alternative
options for issuing the job if site surveys not possible such as over-sizing and following an agreed setting
out plan (usually the case on fast-track projects).
• Interpreting contractual works requirements and obligations.
• Overseeing follow up of project-related procurement.
• Preparation of Projects Status report.
• Forward planning schedules and forecasts for cutting lists issuance to manufacturing.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Production
• Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements.
• Plan to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet the established requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance of manufacturing Products & items to ensure it is within prober time and are functioning correctly.
• Ensure the team are aware of day-to-day targets and responsibilities.
• Ensure achievement of production against stated capacity targets.
• Manage regular stock with the store Department to ensure inventory accuracy.
Training.
• Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures, ensuring they understand the quality procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Drive performance of team members, giving direction and feedback to aid good performance.
• Record and investigate non conformances, agree and implement counter measures.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints, identify and eliminate root cause and implement corrective actions.
People Management skills.
• Manage, coach and develop team that meets by delivering the best practice to become as a added value for the company .
• Set the objectives/KPIs for production department and review the ongoing performance of direct reports.
