Preparation of Shop drawing for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC & Electrical Details
with Plan and Sections.
• Ascertaining facts verifying design proposals, taking measurements and Studies
design work Request and basic information received from engineers.
• Maintains knowledge of company standards and incorporates these into
engineering design.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
• Coordinate with and consultant other workers to design, layout, or detail
components and system and to resolve design or other problems.
• Preparation of shop drawings for MEP services such as Drainage layout, Water Supply layout, Fire Fighting
layout, Chilled water and ducting as per the instructions given by Design Engineer/ Technical Manager and
making sure that they comply to the project specification and standards.
• Co-Ordination of Architecture with Structural & service Drawings.
• Preparation of Red Line drawing based on Site Condition changes.
• Self-starter, Team Player and Hardworking.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Mainly involved with villa and multi-story building in preparation of mechanical drawings and co-ordination
with client representative till approval of drawings from the concerned authorities.
• Co-ordination with various departments such as Construction team, QA/QC, planning, Procurement &
Quantity surveyors.
Project 1: Twins Building
• Preparation of shop drawings for MEP services (Familiar in Plumping, Firefighting & Drainage).
• Site visit & inspecting work with compliance to the drawings issued and Preparing sketches Through site visits,
and by referring to the previous records / drawings and routine aspects of Design modification.
• Preparation of Drawings for Municipality approval.
• Preparation of Co-Ordinate MEP services in precast elements.
