improvement/technical services activities

▪ Lead and execute the internal audit for the plant and provide the internal audit reports
▪ Support special situations and major quality issues with technically accurate and timely root cause investigation and
corrective actions on specific issues
▪ Identify areas of improvement based on self-inspection and audit findings, follow up to ensure gaps are addressed,
adapt procedural changes to eliminate recurrence
▪ Maintain, update and ensure consistent execution of current QA programs and internal SOPs and compliance with
MDLZ and ISO requirements
▪ Assist in Food Safety and Quality program updates, maintenance, verification and function as a cross functional
liaison to ensure the plant is meeting regulatory and compliance requirements.
▪ Assist with analysis of sanitation data to determine root cause of deficiencies and provide sanitation team feedback
on performance and necessary improvements.
▪ Consumer Complaints and Quality Incident Eradication & Prevention Process WP owner
▪ Evaluate production samples for conformance to specifications
▪ Assist in development of quality SOPs
▪ Follows and lead production team in GMPs, (SOPs) implementation and HAACP Programs
▪ Work with production to solve customer/product issues as necessary
▪ Leads and assists in investigations including product complaint follow-up

▪ Provide leadership in training for quality programs in areas including QCMS, product traceability, net weight control, HACCP, GMP's, Control of non-conforming product
▪ Contributes to the management of special situations / early warnings with respect to plant investigations, root cause analysis and follow-up
▪ Executes QA processes including batch record review, product disposition and quality issue resolution maintain flow of products and documents to meet site objectives
▪ Responsible for hold and release program.
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance of inspection
of production lines.
- Food Safety incidents investigation and reporting.
- Monitors of critical control points periodically and take the corrective action in presence of deviation.
- Make periodic inspection for production lines to ensure product meets quality standards and
specifications are attained.
- Supervise compliance with GMP, GHP requirements.
- Notifies suppliers and subcontractors of reasons for rejection of materials received.
- Issuing required Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) at all times.
- Updating all IPC reports and IPC Matrix according to latest Know How.

- Plans, develop, and implement quality assurance programs for field staff, and production lines.
-Supervise production process starting from raw material cage to produce semi-finished product.
-Supervises the dispensing of raw materials of a certain batch from raw materials warehouse after confirmation of the release of all raw materials and follow-up the transfer to the production hall with the implementation of all the instructions for circulation, prevention of cross contamination & line clearance.
-Follows-up the cleaning & setup of the processing line with the Production Technician in accordance with the instructions of the operation and cleaning of machines.
-Starts up of the preparation according to the steps and the environmental conditions listed on the Batch record.
-Sends request for chemical analysis to the Quality assurance department
- Ensures the use of personal protection equipment and follow-up to attend and departure of employees and their dependents, as well as uniforms and training of workers and evaluate subordinates.
- Accurate data entry on daily basis to the oracle database.
- Evaluates subordinates per month (production technician).
Initiate changes, revise and update SOPs and other controlled documents as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain all quality-related documents, manuals, protocols and procedures that define
and document the quality control system.
- Interface with personnel to determine content of Standard Operating Procedures
- Coordinate document changes with organization and Division representatives.
- Accurately conduct a detailed review of changes for documents prior to submission to Chairman.
- Ensures systems used in QA are properly maintained (e.g., QA audit records, training records).
- Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include
pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling.
- Making presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and
pharmacists in the retail sector.
- Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff.
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff and supporting
administrative staff.
- Keeping detailed records of all contacts;
- Reaching (and if possible exceeding) annual sales targets;
- Regularly attending company meetings, technical data presentations and briefings.
