Reporting to the Maintenance Department Manager
- Managing all the electrical department safety and technical.
- Following the environmental rules to insure zero violation.
- Managing the electrical department budget.
- Managing the main substations 66/3.3 KV with the electrical authority.
- Upgrading the electrical network to optimize the power consumption.
- Managing all the Automation work and system (CEMAT PCS7, PXP, local PLCs).
- Managing the electrical team activities (Engineers and technicians).
- Managing the electrical maintenance activities.
- Managing the alternative fuel system (Coal, RDF, & DSS).
- Closed monitoring for the plant operation and make the required modifications for smooth operation and minimize the electrical stoppages with short- and long-term actions.
- Following the implementation of new projects of the plant.
- Following and preparing the spare parts needed for the plant.
- Situational solution and problem solving to support the plant operation.
- Plans for the needed CAPEX in yearly bases to sustain the plant operation.
- Upgrading the electrical equipment to follow the new technologies and standards.
- Follow the power consumption of the plant and study the needed modification.
- Following the preventive and corrective activities.
- Planning and preparation of the plant shut down.
- Following the shutdown electrical activities.
- Working in the Titan Group digitalization projects.
- Start working in cyber security for the automation network using Honeywell technology (SMX)

Reporting to the plant manager
- Responsible for all electrical activity for the Alternative fuel and mega projects.
- Responsible for the tender and bidding documentation and process.
- Preparing the electrical work budget of the project.
- Responsible for the offering study and evaluation.
- Responsible for the revision and approval for the engineering documentation.
- Responsible for the FAT test of the received equipment and software.
- Responsible for all site activity (Safety, Erection, commissioning…)
- Responsible for the design, ordering and erection of the electrical infrastructure.
- Responsible for the following projects
Pulverized Coal.
DSS (SCHENCK).
RDF (SCHENCK).
Coal Mill (GEBR. PFEIFFER).
CEMAT upgrade to V8.2.
Cooler filter ESP conversion to bag house (SCHEUCH).
Reporting to the Electrical Manager
-Responsible for the packing area and quarry, spare part, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
-Responsible for the raw material handling.
-Following up all the curves and PLC interlocks.
-Responsible for all the weight bridges in the plant.
-Responsible for the large motors bearing change.
-Follow up the daily operation and workshop jobs.
-Troubleshoot for all the cement plant.
-Working with SAP system.
-Project supervision during this period Commission and erection of 2 dry crushers for raw mills. Commission of the 4 MV soft starters ABB. Commission of the clay crusher and cross belt analyser. Commission and erection of Kiln feed (SCHENCK multicor S800). Commission and erection of CF Silo feeding gates (Claudius Peters). Commission of VENTOCHECK on the packing lines (VENTOMATIC). Upgrading the rotary packer machine 16 spouts (VENTOMATIC) Commission of date online printers for the final product (Zanassi) Erection & commission of high mast for lighting. Upgrading the weight bridges of the plant. Mohamed Hassan CV Supervision of 150 Ton concrete weight bridge. Reporting to the Maintenance Manger
- Responsible for the spare part orders, planning for spare part, and update the subcontractor list.
- Make a cost saving and localization for the orders and following it.
- Coordinate between maintenance department and the other departments.
- Control and follow up the maintenance budget.
- Follow up the maintenance schedule.
- Responsible for the power station (operation and maintenance).
- Responsible for the maintenance of the laboratory equipment.
- Responsible on managing all the maintenance works Ensure correct implementation of preventive maintenance and solves any troubleshooting.
- Lead the maintenance department in the shifts.
- Responsible on managing all electrical maintenance works.
