- Develop and maintain the QA Plan and existing Manual.
- Follow up QA Procedures implementation.
- Communicate to respective team the QA System and monitor the implementation.
- Identify non conformances and take preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead non-conformance investigation with the relevant departments
▪ Creating a project plan and identifying the scope of work
▪ Attending kick off meetings with client, consultant, and project management team to submit
the project plan and ensure its compatibility and approval according to client vision
▪ Careful selection and mobilization of laborers and technicians
▪ Efficiently managing all project business operations and document control as the development
of RFIs, MIRAs, design approvals, work permits, material orders, material approval requests,
submittals, and plan updates to ensure precise project coverage
▪ Ensure efficient project operations by leading project team including subcontractors and
execution personnel
▪ Building a strong relationship with client, consultant, subcontractor and supplier
▪ Acting as the main liaison between client, consultant, and management team for project
related issues in order to ensure their resolution and the meeting of the project needs
▪ Leading and supervising the execution team which consists of technicians and laborers on
daily basis to ensure work progress and completion according to project plan and schedule
▪ Meeting project goals and objectives according to the set timeframe
▪ Reporting to project manager, client, and consultant
▪ Managing the completion of simultaneous project tasks
▪ Identifying the risks and coming up with solutions to avoid them
▪ Performing logistical work starting by identifying the missing materials by carrying out store
inventory, generating LPOs for materials purchase, following up on materials delivery to site, ensuring materials arrangement in store as per urgency of use
1. Preparing the shop drawings according to project specification.
2. Coordinate between the project’s disciplines.
3. Preparing RFI’s and follow up with the consultant.
4. Resolve the conflicts coming from site according to project specification.
