Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor, develop and update the contract budget affected by functional and time aspects.
•Review the Contractor's submittals and update the final table
•Coordinate with client's representatives, Contractors, Subcontractors as necessary.
•Provide cost report and cost control advice for ongoing project
•Attend monthly progress and weekly meetings.
•Measuring and pricing using Contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
•Ensure prompt submittal and completeness of valuations.
•Monitor contracts final cost estimate.
•Prepare financial statements for monthly report.
•Interact with client and address all inquiries related to commercial and contract maximize the profitability of projects.
•Preparation of pre contract cost plans.
•Analysis of cost over-run and other implications.
•Preparation of tender documents
•Identify legitimate contractual claim situations and prepare suitable and sufficient documentation to clients.
•Support and participation in preparing the project's budgets and five-year plan and updating it annually.
•Support and participate in preparing the annual project budget plan.
•Review the estimated cost of projects before the bidding phase.
•Develop and follow up on invoicing and payment processes.
•Participate in monitoring the project, reporting and managing project dashboards.
•Review projects cash flow and recommends best practice for planning and updating.
•Monitor project cash flow, advise departments of any deviation in plans, and provide input and feedback to rectify deviations.
•Establish, measure, and report the achievement of department goals and targets, KPI and performance.
•Assist the Director in identifying staff knowledge and skill sets gaps and implementing appropriate training.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
