Costing and Project Management:

Study and Mechanical Design:
• Design and analysis of mechanical systems, including finite element simulation (FE) for verification of the behavior of structures with fatigue and heat.
• Design of test interfaces for electronic cards, automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and test modules of cable harnesses.
• Design and costing of a slaughter unit for poultry slaughterhouse.
• Follow-up and diagnosis of failures in the different stages of implementation of a sand treatment chain (sand pit).
• Diagnosis of productivity problems in the coffee production chain.

o Technical plastic: POM-C, POM-H, PA, PVC, HDPE, PP, Polyurethane …

Quality :
• Establishment and implementation of quality management system according to ISO 9001
• Planning and conduct of internal audits and preparation of management reviews.

• Choice, implementation and analysis of performance indicators and implementation of preventive corrective actions and improvement.
