-Design private residential buildings with high rise and luxury spaces, from preliminary sketches to final design documentation including detailing and construction plans .
-Design interior luxury spaces according to clients preferences, and modifying existing spaces as desired.
-modeling and visualisation of the main concepts and designed interior spaces in 3D using photorealistic rendering.
-creating interior 3d panoramas to provide the clients with more information regarding their projects
-Participating in the establishment of The bills of quantity as well as the necessary documentation needed for the accurate execution of the desired design.
-responding to various problems or situations in the process of construction and coordinating with other team members to deliver projects with maximum quality even in tight deadlines
- Creation of photo realistic computer graphics in 3ds max with Vray rendering engine based on the graphical plans and materials provided .
- Modeling and implementation of buildings or product or other object in 3 dimensions.
- Participation in the design of several types of buildings (collective residential, villas, semi-collective housing, sports and recreation equipment, industrial projects etc ...)
- responsible for the construction permits .
- collaboration and coordination with other stakeholders (civil engineering, electrical engineering, etc ...)
- Modeling and rendering in Vray to provide the customers with photo-realistic renders for the design concepts and choices, to better perceive their projects.
- Presentation Development as slideshows for the understanding of design intent and design concepts .
-developp a workflow from simple sketches to final projects including meeting with clients and delivering their final project with desired aspects
