• Review vendor activity to ensure all monthly invoices have been received and processed
• Review contract obligations to ensure all contract invoices have been received and processed
• Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
• Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis recommend appropriate budget level.
• Review employees’ monthly salaries and deductions before transferring to banks or pay in cash.
• Track leaves balance and payment, and indemnity for all the employees.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Preparation of a monthly account analysis of balance sheet and income statement accounts;
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
