 Understanding and analyzing the project scope in conjunction with the Project team.
 Prepare the Project Baseline / Revised / Recovery Schedule by considering Delivery of Critical Procurement Items and Other Project Key Milestones.
 Analyze Daily Progress Inputs and identifies & Highlights where the Actual Progress is not met Plan with corrective Actions.
 Update the Project Plan on weekly basis and getting the 2 weeks look ahead plan in Primavera P6.
 Update Progress Schedule Variance and Delay Analysis Report based on approved Schedule.
 Highlight Site requirement and target delivery date of the Critical materials in order avoid Construction Schedule Slippages.
 Perform Project Resource Manhours S-Curve (Plan Vs Actual), EVM Calculations to measure the Project Health and set up activity level layout for efficient reporting.
 Reviews, analyzes and recommends approval or disapproval of the Sub Contractors detailed work Schedules.
 Develop Trends and Forecasts Project Progress relative to Major Milestone Activities and Provides input to Monthly Progress Reports & Invoices.
 Monitor Closely Project Look Ahead and Critical Activities.
 Prepare Monthly Progress Invoicing / Claim based on actual Progress and work done at site.
 Attend Weekly Client Construction Meeting and Follow up for Monthly Progress Measurement Report approval.
 Review Saudization Report and make necessary corrections if necessary.
 Review and approve Subcontractor Invoices based on actual Progress at site.
