Project Description : Expansion and revamping of Ahmadi depot project it involves new floating roof tanks interconnecting with piping and automatic tank gauging system, multiproduct loading and unloading gantry’s, replacement of depot automation systems (TAS), integration to the new tank gauging system, upgrading of existing Vapour Recovery Unit (VRU), chemical (STADIS ) injection skid, fire alarm system including gas suppression & deluge system and all utility packages.

related F & A instruments like smoke, heat and gas detector & all type modules with SLC intelligent

system with Honeywell (XLS -140)

Project Description : SCTP “Spent Caustic Treatment Plant”, a brown field project for treating the spent caustic to remove acid oils, acid gas, destroy the phenols and neutralize before discharging the treated stream into the sea.

•Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Satellite Instrument Shelter (SIS) including DCS
ESD, FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel), HVAC and other system and Equipment
•Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Honeywell’s TDC 3000 Distributed Control

•Installation, pre-commissioning and commissioning of Extruder, Elutriator, blending transfer
systems & transition bin and wash water systems
•Installation and pre-commissioning and commissioning of (Honeywell) FSC, LM and HPM systems and
marshaling panels and DCS & PLC modifications as per required by the color grade compound project
•Installation, testing and commissioning for the new K-TRON feed control system,
and kopelco automation systems
•Installation, testing and commissioning for the new Coprion pellets conveying
automation system
•Installation, testing and commissioning of CMB unloading automation systems
• Witness factory acceptance test to demonstrate that system cabinets, Marshalling cabinets, FSC
applications and thirty party systems interface as per approved design specifications and agreed client
