Exercise general control over all activities in Stores and warehouses.

Ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.

Receive and file documents, maintain record of approved documents.

Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase
orders.

Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required and issue
materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes,
material lists.

Follow the HSE Standards at Stores to avoid any accidents.

Conducting daily safety Tool box talk to create a safe work environment.

Ensure on time Material offloading and loading to avoid unnecessary delays
from Stores.

Assigning the Manpower as per the work schedule at Stores.

Maintain accurate inventory records and update in WMS - Elite Inventroy
system.

Monitor and proactively take action in response to site needs/ requests for
construction materials.

Anticipate and proactively elevate potential challenges/problems.

Assisting with input into the store's computer and prepare a report on a
regular basis.

Preparing requisition for various departments.
Responsible in receiving & checking of company materials deliveries, duties to check
the quantity & quality of items received, as per purchase order description and
specification required.
Preparing GRN for received materials & Maintain issue receipts & documentation,
Warehousing, inventory, stocking and making computerized entries for the related
items.
Tools & Equipment issue and update in the system.
MEP all items handling and storage at safe placeUpdate to Mananger on weekly
basis of Short expiry items inthe store.Maintain MIN/MAX level of goods.
Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO) method.
Assist the purchasing Manager/Accounts Manager with the monthly inventory &
preparation of non-moving/slow moving item list.
Re-ordering of all storeroom item on time.
Update all material issuance in the ORACLE - JD EDWARDS system.
Analyzing the stock variances thoroughly and rechecking the same through proper
recounting.
Maintain all files for store transaction such as GRN, issuance tickets, requisition,
return to stock forms, gate pass & etc.
Maintain the inventory on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Monthly report
sending to related departments.

* Materials receiving and checking the items with purchase order & invoice.
* Issuing of spare parts to workshop based on issuance tickets and confirm stock balance.
* Issuing of consumable and other stationery items through requisition received from various departments.
* Arrange the delivery of urgently required items to workshop.
* With reference to requisition details verify the materials issuance in the system and correct the errors if any.
* Rearrange the stock items based on usage and factors.
* Assist and render all administrative support to supervisor.
* Update all material issuance in the ERP system.

* Receiving the materials through buyers with invoice.
* Preparing GRN for received materials.
* Material issuing for tsunami affected peoples.
* Update all material issuance in the ERP system.
