• The drafting tools and layers are correctly applied

• Printing project documents and drawings and creating PDF, DWF and DWG

Roles and Responsibility handled:
• Design, Execution, IFC, As Built Drawings
• Prepare external network draft / shop drawings layout and profiles of sewage
network, storm drainage, irrigation water, potable water, firefighting network,
high current & low current cables routings.
• Prepare detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction
provided.
• Prepare co-ordination layout of sewage network, storm drainage, irrigation
water, potable water, firefighting network, high current & low current cables
routings by solving all horizontal and vertical clashes.
• Prepare as-built drawings in the prescribe computer sheet given by the
client/consultant and assist in project close-outs.
• Responsible to perform AutoCAD drawing completion & maintaining drawing
correctness to ISO standards.
• Files all documents concerning the projects according to the department’s

document filling plan.
• Responsible for data & document archive & control related to Quality
Management System of the company.
• External Utilities Value Engineering (VE) assistance
• Preparation of Submittals for consultant approval and construction.
• Rectify and preparation of detail Shop Drawings for approval.
• Auto Lisp Programs
• The drafting tools and layers are correctly applied
• Hours spent on each project
• File the different drawing by project on the Server and in the different files in
the section
• Printing project documents and drawings
Roles and Responsibility handled:

• Site Supervision and Measurement
• External Drainage Network (Sewer, Storm and Sub Drainage) Plans, Profile and
Details based on approved Leveling or Grading plan
• External Water Supply Network (Portable, Fire Fighting and Irrigation) Plans, Profile
and Details based on approved Leveling or Grading plan Develop Networks and
other Utilities Synthesis plan
• External Low Current and High Current Network
• External Utilities Value Engineering (VE) assistance
• External Utilities Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Preparation of Submittals for consultant approval and construction.
• Revised and modified contract drawings.
• Rectify and preparation of detail Shop Drawings for approval.
• To perform AutoCAD drawings, Completion, and Correctness of the document in
terms of sizes, routing and layout according to:
• Standardization Guide for AutoCAD plans
• Saudi Oger Drafting Guide
• Auto Lisp Programs
• Instruction given by the Project Design Engineer

Reports to the Service / Technical Manager and assigned Engineer, for project
related matters
• Filling all documents concerning the project according to the section documents
filling plan
• The drafting tools and layers are correctly applied
• Apply the ISO procedures developed relevant to job and use the ISO documents
• Hours spent on each project
• File the different drawing by project on the Server and in the different files in the
section
