plant under supervision of (M/s Perstorp Specialty Chemicals, Sweden
DCS( Honeywell system)
Follow up all production processes of ACETALDEHYDE PLANT which include (Ethanol storage, Ethanol recovery, Reactor "ethanol oxidation to acetaldehyde", Acetaldehyde absorption column, Acetaldehyde distillation column, Acetaldehyde storage tanks and safety scrubbing system
Follow up all production processes of PENTAERYTHRITOL PLANT which include :-
Reactor "reaction of acetaldehyde and formaldehyde in presence of caustic to produce- pentaerythritol- 2, 2 bis dimethylalcohol 1, 3 dipropandiol"
Counter current evaporation system with 4 effects, formaldehyde stripper column, and methanol recovery column.
Crystallization -Filtration "belt filters" - dissolving - purification "cation ion exchanger" - separation of pure penta by crystallization, filtration, drying "multicoil dryer", and bagging.
Mixed penta separation by decanter centrifuge and press filter.
Separation of Sod. Format by extraction column by using isobutanol solvent
Crystallization of Sod. Format, separation by continues centrifuge, Drying "rotary dryer", and Bagging .
Iso butanol recovery system.
Plant utilities ( boilers, cooling water tower, chiller, and wwtp

Internal audit; responsible for following up the ISO 9001 Procedures.

Steam boilers water treatment by using Ion exchangers
Spray pond station for cooling water

Chemical analysis of all raw materials in ceramics, calculationof Glaze composition and solve its problems, Laboratory tests to detects physical properties of the final products
• Follow up all the industrial processes to manufacturing and refining sugar(Juice extraction -Juice thermal and chemical treatment- Clarification - Filtration -Juice evaporation - Syrup crystallization - Crystal separation by centrifugation - Crystal drying and Packing
