• Conduct/arrange Safety induction & Orientation training for new employees and providing safety instructions to all contractors’ employees and visitors before entering the plant for the first time
• Contacting HSE related Training based on the requirement
• Coordinate with All Contractors for performance Assurance programs (collecting all proper required reports and records)
• Assist to Analyze accidents and recommends action required to update the program to minimum recurrence of accidents and follow up the status of the actions and recommendations
• Contribute to the development of plant safety program and ensure the availability of safety manuals, hazardous area instructions, safety materials and publications
• Maintain liaisons with outside organizations such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams, so that emergency responses can be facilitated.
• Maximo Planner and analyzer (To Plan Monthly fire & Safety Equipment inspection & Maintenance)
• Monitoring IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) System & conduct the Defensive Driving Training
• Ensure all Safety Equipment’s are well maintained and serviced.
• Identifies areas of unsafe working conditions and recommends improvements
• Participating and sharing HSE information in daily Operations meeting.
• Frequent plant visit to find and rectify the anomalies and to take precaution in live activity
• Coordinate with fire team leader to prepare the fire Drill
• Assist OH Engineer to take OH related reading in plant and office
• Assist Environment engineer to dispose Hazards and non-hazards waste from Plant
• Contact WMS Worksite & Desktop Audit and site inspection (ADNOC Approved AA & PI).
• Assist Engineers to prepare the accident/incident investigations, safety surveys, safety audits, etc. and keep management advised of important developments.
• Update and maintain the anomaly and incident report (Ex. UA, UC, NM, FA, FR, LTI etc.).
• Safety inspections team coordinator -that includes monthly tours, meetings & campaigns with other department representatives.
• Maintain the HSE server and HSE Emails for daily activities
• Circulation Weather Alert and HSE Alert based on requirement (Weather, TWL Reading & BTH)
• Maintain and update information about Single and Multi-Gas Detectors
• Prepare and design the information related HSE related Alert, Flash, Posters, Banners, brochures, Hand book, Cards and campaign materials
• Collect the information and Prepare the turnaround Report
• Prepare the Monthly report (Man-hour, Contractor, OH, ENV, OS, Action Statistics & Etc..)
• Prepare & Maintain the HSE store report and stock.

• Collection of time sheets.
• Input of the timesheet, approval from department heads.
• Preparation of addition & deletions list.
• Forwarding inputs (Attendance sheet, Increment, Deductions, Taxes) to
payroll unit.
• Calculate the PF, ESI and other deduction and increment.
• Maintain the every month salary detail.
