Assists in preparing the operational budget and CAPEX for the equipments, modification units, maintenance by providing operational requirements to feed into the business plan.
Initiates change, implements change & improves the manufacturing process. This includes waste reduction & material cost savings through changes in specifications
Controls & monitors the operational resources including materials, budget, manpower & consumables by reviewing performance against targets & budget
Ensures manpower & machinery performance is to standards required & updates factory manager with on any extra requirements needed by analyzing machine efficiencies & operational requirements
Ensures business plan targets are met within the agreed budget, quality, safety & hygiene standards by managing the day-to-day operational activities to meet customer requirements & profit targets
Review and analyze daily production and downtime reports.
Review and analyze monthly OEE and material yield reports

verseeing the development of maintenance plans and follows up its implementation.
Checks & approves shift manpower requirements by reviewing the weekly manpower schedule prepared by production supervisor
Ensures manpower & machinery performance is to standards required & updates factory manager with on any extra requirements needed by analyzing machine efficiencies & operational requirements
Ensures that the requirements of the business plan are delivered on time, within cost parameters & to the quality standards required
Verifies the weekly production plan with the planning department by attending the planning meetings & reviewing the production plan on a daily bases to ensure production targets are met.
Ensures that the correct technical information is provided for purchasing equipment & material
.Follow up foreign purchases.

Technical reports review during weekly and monthly meetings with maintenance team
