Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the daily workflow of activities and a workforce of 30+ employees in a multi site stores.
Duties and Responsibilities;
•Planning of physical Stores sections utilizing the most practical and economical methods in proper preservation, identification, handling and binning of all materials, tools and equipment.
•Ensuring adherence to approved material, tools and equipment airworthy storage methods and conditions.
•Management and control of an efficient material receiving operations including the implementation of reliable documentation, handling and disposal systems.
•Management and control of an efficient window issuance operations.
•Manage inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
•Ensure adherence to the company rules and regulation, and workplace health and safety requirements.
•Improvement & development of warehouse space, procedures and activities.
The project had the objective of developing and enhancing business processes and re-aligning these processes with the organizations MRO ERP software.
Key Achievements:
• Successful documentation/implementation of suggested solution business processes in the area of Technical stores, Customer support and Sales departments.
• Development of ERP training materials for the areas of Technical stores, Customer support and Sales departments.
• Assisted in the delivery of ERP System training to the Technical stores, Customer support and Sales departments.
• Successful delivery of support to the business community on issues related to business processes and ERP at the Go-Live stage.
Responsible of managing and providing needed support and assistance to the customer from his Aircraft prearrival to the end of the scheduled Aircraft maintenance project and final departure.
Basic Duties and Responsibilities;
•To respond to incoming emails, ensuring they are dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner.
•To maintain and manage customer complaints and ensure root cause and corrective actions are implemented and feedback provided to the customer.
•To investigate and resolve all (technical, material, and contractual) related customer queries.
•To organize, schedule and attend Maintenance Project progress meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Supervising a group of storekeepers whose responsibilities are to receiving Aircraft spare parts, identify the material, match them with what was ordered, Initiate goods receipt voucher, and deliver Spare parts after inspection to warehouse for storage or Window Service for direct issuance to concerned Aircraft.
