MRP planning. (Material required plan).
* Creating reports concerning all supplied quantities of packing
material including prices
* Generate P/O for All Local and Imported Materials
* Contact suppliers to collect quotations
* Make and review all contracts and agreements with local and
foreign suppliers.
* Negotiate quotations with suppliers
* Improving prices decision through negotiation skills.
* Improving new suppliers through selection of reputable suppliers
* Make cost innovation activity plan for purchasing annually.
* Suppliers Evaluation for (price, Quality, delivery...ETC).
* Make forecast plan for required material through production plan.
* Implement the applied plans, according to the budget and targets
* Handle all work conflicts, shortages, defectives in very suitable way
* Apply the most suitable, successful and fruitful methods in dealing
with suppliers and other departments
* All shipping procedures from Supplier warehouses up to the mill
warehouses.
* Handle all outsourcing of yarn from different suppliers
* Handle all local and Foreign purchasing activities
* Aware of all Logistics Procedures
* Follow Shipping and clearance procedures
* Arrange with Warehouses for good receipt
* Handel Suppliers invoices and dues
* Manage the whole purchasing department activities and follow,
motivate and assess purchasing team
* Handle all procedures for import cotton
