Planning for the activities to be started with relevant to the project plan and civil contractor activity plan,
Forecasting the Man power and Equipments, tools, materials for the time to time basis,
Allocating the work for the downstream peoples to start as per programmed,
Follow for moving the equipments, tools, materials to the particular location,
Monitoring the daily activity and progress by the reports and communicate with Site supervisors for inline,
Preparing the work schedule and activity plan to Site in charges to act based on it,
Monitoring site access and intimating to the concern for the delay accurse for claim,
Further monitoring and site visits required for Inspection completion, quality and safety related things,
Assure that, the method statements and ITPs are properly following in the site.
Making the stream line co ordination with other services on site,
Arranging the internal dept site meeting to collect feedback, site issues and finding the remedies, solution for the same.
Comparing our plan and actual for activity and material consumption for further changes if requires.
If any changes requiring at site should be notify to the concern and checking the variation status.
Monthly progress and analyzing to be done against month plan,
The data to be forwarded to Planning and QS dept for billing and claim,
Any other responsibilities additional requirement by Management and self interest
