* Manage and direct FMCG Department to achieve the desired result.
* Achieve overall budget for FMCG dept.
* Ensure the availability in all product range of FMCG Dept.
* Implement the merchandising procedures.
* Following up the daily/weekly/monthly department result.
* Plan in - store promotion and monitor the result on both sales & Margin.
* Control my dept in terms of stock loss, minimized & avoidance of damages items and expires through right implementation of FIFO and correct merchandising standard procedures in displaying the products in DC and DSD.
* Ensure that all customers are well served & satisfied.
* Ensure the KVI's, Promo, Warm and FMI items are 100% available with price/signage.
* Improve the associate's customer relation.
* Ensure the implementation of FMCG SOP procedures as ( Retail Merchandising, cleanliness & hygiene, Expiry items checklist, Backroom management, Signage's, Availability, Category checklist)
* Develop and train the associates to improve productivity and deliver their own result.
