Operation manager
• Manage the restaurants for the same group and the call center
• To prepare the weekly rota, ensuring adequate staffing of the restaurant at all times
• To supervise and assist the restaurant staff on a daily basis
• To assist with processing the daily sheets in conjunction with the other managers
• To assist in the planning and co-coordinating restaurant menus with the management team
• To have excellent understanding and product knowledge of the store different menus.
• To have a basic understanding of the store budgets and profit & loss.
• Front of the house
• To meet and greet all customers where possible
• To advise customers on all choices and ensure all the staff has similar
Product knowledge
• To assist with the training of the staff including holding annual performance reviews and hand it over to the management team
• To assist with maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety always keep the QA team involved
• To support other managements at peak times to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
• Ensure all the team is always well groomed and ready for work.
• Stock control
• Working with other supervisors to coordinate all aspects of stock deliveries, keep accurate and up to date records.
• To regularly liaise with the team to ensure the monthly accounts are accurate and the receipt and administration of all delivery are up to date.
• To be responsible for the cellar and stock storage areas, ensuring they are secure, neat and clean at all times.
• To liaise with the other managers to ensure tight stock control and budgeted margins are achieved.
• To check with daily ordering so as to ensure that stock levels are maintained and any special order for functions is placed in a timely manner.
