Responsible for preparation of conceptual and detailed engineering documents, design drawings, construction documents, equipment sizing and design calculations for MEP.
. Full knowledge of code requirements for MEP per respective ASHRAE, ASME, NFPA, IBC, IMC, SMACNA, ASTM, ANSI, Uniform Mechanical Code, & Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and other international code.
Preparation Timely inspection Documentation & ISO requirement.
Preparing Project Reports.
Reviewing Testing & commissioning Documentation of third party.
Responsible for preparation of Technical Specification, Data Sheets of various items in HVAC/Firefighting /Plumbing including technical evaluation of bids, review of vendor drawings and designs, certificates, testing procedure, inspection issues.etc..
To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and confirm to specified requirement.

Plan, organize, resource, lead and monitor the assigned project to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost and specification.
In coordination with the planning manager, provide inputs to update the project schedules on a regular basis to reflect current project status against agreed plans and initiate corrective action when necessary to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
Oversee the preparation of testing and commissioning program, handover phases of the project, warranties and guarantees to ensure that the project is managed in the most efficient and economic way to minimize both cost of money and services complexity.
Assist in monthly cost reports, cost control, claims & monitoring scheduled activities.
