Responsible for the day-to-day IT requirements of the company such as user management, trouble shooting, help and advice. Maintaining desktop applications, managing new projects, check backups and IT security
Duties:
• Managing a team administrative & technical staff.
• Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
• Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair.
• Performing routine audits of systems and software.
• Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software.
• Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software and databases.
• Recommending and implementing improvements and efficiencies.
• Reporting to the IT Director and Chief Executive.
• Having excellent time management, confidentiality & communication skills.
• Having strong IT, commercial, planning and budgeting skills.
• Management of server software and associated backup routines.
• To evaluate, test, advise, train and support I.T. related projects.
• Procurement of IT hardware, software and maintenance products & services.
• Responsible for the recruitment and training of new staff.
• Writing documentation for procedures, security and disaster recovery.
• Maintaining documentation of changes regarding users, functions & systems.
• Overall responsibility for administering the implementation of the CA’s security practices
• Approval of the generation, revocation, and suspension of certificates
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers that operate the CA
• Day-to-day operation of the servers
• CA backup and recovery
• Maintenance and review of audit records
• Cryptographic key life cycle management functions
• Development and validation of the CA
Create, update, and maintain site pages for www.ajeeb.com and www.Sakhr.com, using CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and XML/XSL. Coordinate with producers and designers for major site changes. Maintain internal tools for managing site structure, news data, and sports photos, using ASP and Java. Work with third-party providers to ingest and integrate external sports data, and generate content feeds for use on partner web sites. Assist with design efforts for site pages, content archival, photo galleries, video features, mobile WAP site, and third-party gadgets. Provide technical support for usability issues and critical site problems, as needed.
