they have no technical to help. I helped them by doing some technical Pre-Sales work then
immediately they signed their stopped contracts.
So, the following technical work has been done:

2- Fine Manufacture ERP System
a. I made all needed documentations and technical offers to establish each project
and its already done and finished
b. I made all necessary Pre-Sales Documentation for each project.
c. I collected the qualified developers as I’m their project manager and also got
visas for them
d. I made the project plan for each client and started it with my team

in all of their current and future products and projects.
So, the following technical work has been done:

So, the following technical work has been done:
• Developed a VB.Net Application to handle the entire organization forms and data, to help
search and easy access information to be able to print, summarize and help management to
take decisions.
• Installed and Configured Windows 2003 Server, Service and IIS.
. the finance department in the A.U.C was facing financial functional gaps in the SAP
ERP and they were solving the missed functions manually.
So, the following technical work has been done:
• Analyzed the business needs of the finance Department to help identify business problems and
proposed solutions.
• Installing, Configured and Troubleshoots SQL Server on the Server and client machines
• Installing, Configured and Troubleshoots Crystal Reports on the Server
• Installing, Configured and Troubleshoots IIS on Windows Server
• Interacted with the staff to know their requirements.
• Gathered client requirements, analyzed and made recommendations based on Stuff data that
improves the A.U.C operating efficiencies and costs.
• Designing and developing some special software needed by the department to monitor the A.U.C
branches expenses and safely reporting them to the head managers in all sections, the purpose is
monitoring and minimizing the expenses everywhere in the University.
• Automating a lot of manual work inside the finance department and securing the current shared data
to be access only by the head managers.
. Qatar government took the decision to deploy their own E-Gov System to help business
growth fast and easily by developing a web site to serve businessmen all over the world to
finish all governmental procedures and establish their business immediately everywhere
in Qatar.
So, the following technical work has been done:
- Project clients was the Qatari Ministries (M.B.T, M.O.I, M.M.U, Q.C.C.I)
• Analyzed the project properties and needs to be apply on the company web system “Accela
Automation” application.
• Assisted in reviews project proposal and plan to determine the period, funding limitations,
procedures for accomplishing projects.
• Participated in problem definition and analysis, and preparation of client presentations.
• Gathered client requirements, analyzed and made recommendations based on customer data that
improves the organization's operating efficiencies and costs.
• Interacted with the customers to know their requirements as well as interacted with designers to
convey the possible interface of the software.
• Guided the developers to keep track of system development as well as guided the QC to perform
system testing with sample/live data with the help of testers.
• Created information data flow diagrams and storyboards for new product features and functions.
• Create and maintain the web application reports for the Electronic Business Project.

solutions.
• Researching, planning and recommending software and system choices to meet an organization's
business requirements.
• Assisted in reviews project proposal and plan to determined period, funding limitations, procedures
for accomplishing projects.

• Designed the internal Customs system in the ministry.
• Developing the entire computer system for all ports by designing a user-friendly data entry interface
to be used by the Saudi stuff in all ports for recording all movements and actions taken in every port,
after all we can analyze this data for the head management to take the proper decisions.
• Replacing the reports system by the latest technology of Oracle business intelligence meaning the
old reporting system (Oracle report builder for developer 6i) has many problems and has no
statistical and analytical features like Oracle business intelligence so the old reporting system being
replaced.
• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting SQL Server and Oracle on the Server and client
machines
• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Crystal Reports on the Server
• Configuring and Troubleshooting IIS on Windows Server
• Supporting daily work (follow up the system, creating and maintaining new reports, analyze output
data and create statistics) and solving the old work problems permanently which was developed on
older system under DOS.
• Developing new necessary systems like (risk management and problem management systems)
Those systems designed and created by me using VB.Net, the use of them is to record all the
problems and its reasons that raised from all ports to help the top management taking the right
decisions and let them daily follow the problems and know where it comes from then solve them
permanently.
