• Installing, Configured and Troubleshoots Crystal Reports on the Server

improves the A.U.C operating efficiencies and costs.

• Assisted in reviews project proposal and plan to determined period, funding limitations, procedures
for accomplishing projects.
• Participated in problem definition and analysis, and preparation of client presentations.
• Gathered client requirements, analyzed and made recommendations based on customer data that
improves the organization's operating efficiencies and costs.
• Designed the internal Customs system in the ministry.
• Developing the entire computer system for all ports by designing a user-friendly data entry interface
to be used by the Saudi stuff in all ports for recording all movements and actions taken in every port,
after all we can analyze this data for the head management to take the proper decisions.
• Replacing the reports system by the latest technology of Oracle business intelligence meaning the
old reporting system (Oracle report builder for developer 6i) has many problems and has no
statistical and analytical features like Oracle business intelligence so the old reporting system being
replaced.
• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting SQL Server and Oracle on the Server and client
machines
• Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Crystal Reports on the Server
• Configuring and Troubleshooting IIS on Windows Server
• Supporting daily work (follow up the system, creating and maintaining new reports, analyze output
data and create statistics) and solving the old work problems permanently which was developed on
older system under DOS.
• Developing new necessary systems like (risk management and problem management systems)
Those systems designed and created by me using VB.Net, the use of them is to record all the
problems and its reasons that raised from all ports to help the top management taking the right
decisions and let them daily follow the problems and know where it comes from then solve them
permanently.
