Duties & responsibilities:
-Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results.
-Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
-Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
-Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
-Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
-Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees following up on work results.
-Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

-Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
-Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
-Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
-Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
-Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

-Negotiates contract with customer or bidder.
-Ensure that all the subcontractor obey all the safety rule.
-Ensure that all the activities in the site are done in a safe manner.
