Leading retail brand team in the development and execution of strategic and brands’ value; contributes to the development brands in terms of promotion, event planning, business analysis and new product development for all related department
Key job & responsibilities:
Prepare the shops collection by category and location
Set up the seasonal target P&L profit margin & stock level
Follow up on the shops stock level to ensure a fast stock revenue
Manage the managers and the A manager to ensure better result
Direct communications with suppliers etc…
Responsible for the overall operations of the shop.
Productivity, profitability, control of expenses & shortage.
Training & development for the staff & managers .
Follows up on Inventory levels & orders merchandising.
Prepares requisitions to ensure proper stock replenishment & ensure proper store image.
Responsible for meeting all budgetary items such as personnel expenses & sales.
Achieved target always set by the company the company.
