• Maintains and updates company organization charts and ensure all promotions, transfers, recruitments, resignations, and terminations are reflected in the organization Chart.
• Lead the yearly manpower planning process and prepares final annual manpower budget and monitors actual manpower against budgeted manpower.
• Ensure that succession plan is effectively implemented, and the development plan is in place for the identified UAE National talent pool in coordination with Talent Capabilities Development section to enhance the Emiratization strategy.

• Meets with all division/department managers to advise, assist, and discuss divisional/departmental manpower plans for growth, downsizing or other strategic initiatives.

• Design and implement the compensation and benefits strategy, policies, procedures as appropriate.

• Develop and maintain the organization structure in coordination with department heads and senior management to reflect the needs of Emirates Steel.
