• Responsible for overall management of operations for branches.
• Monitors daily financial and non-financial transactions, Management of physical cash to ensure adequate supply and compliance to branch limits.
• Reviews and approves transactions that exceed the authorities of the Tellers and CSRs, general ledger, securities and reports
• Verifying and authorizing inward and outward clearing of cheques
• Supervises ATM cash replenishment and deposits, reconciliation, management of captured cards and ATM maintenance.
• Resolves customer complaints and manages the customer queue.
• Responsible for branch premises and maintenance, key register, alarm and CCTV cameras.
•. Handles semi- annual risk review of the branches.
